Super Mario On Point Again !

Mario Balotelli fired home to a penalty to complete a comeback and fire Italy to World Cup 2014 in a 2-1 win over Czech Republic. Libor Kozak had put the visitors ahead in Turin after 19 minutes, sparking fears among home fans that what had looked set to be a celebratory night could take a turn for the worse. However, the Azzurri scored twice in the space of four minutes - first Giorgio Chiellini, then Balotelli - to secure a spot in Brazil next summer. Meanwhile England kept their hopes of qualification alive by securing a goalless draw at Kiev and a Robin VanPersie's brace was enough to send the Netherlands into the mundial in Brazil.
